SERVICES FOR OWNERS

We work closely with Owners and their Project Teams through all Phases of the Project, recognizing that our early engagement can help shape the framework and trajectory of the Project, well before the engagement of any Contractors.

We ensure the entire Pre-Construction effort is focused and streamlined, including not only the production of the Master Project Schedule, but the definition of Design Packages, Permitting and Procurement Packages carefully crafted to meet the demands of the preferred Construction and Turnover Strategy. These items are reviewed and updated as Design progresses and are then included in RFPs to guide the Bidders as they prepare their submissions.

As Contracts are tendered and awarded, we review the Contractors’ RFP and Contract Baseline Schedules for quality and conformance to the Master Project Schedule and then review each Monthly Update to ensure accurate progress and forecasting, including the effects of Impacts and Changes. We also review the validity of Delay Claims and help to formulate and test Recovery and Acceleration Plans where necessary.
