• The West Chevron Expansion involved the addition of 8 new gates to the International Terminal, together with phased airside infrastructure expansions and extensive renovations.
• Working closely with the Airport’s Schematic Design Team and a large variety of Stakeholders, PPS developed the Project Master Schedule, Execution Strategy, Procurement Plan and Phasing Plans, all of which formed a cornerstone of the Project Definition Report (PDR) and subsequent RFP documents.
• A key outcome of this was our recommendation to adopt an alternate Gate Closure Plan, which cut 3 months from the project duration. Upon award of the General Contract, we then worked closely with PCL to develop their Contract Schedule and Progress Monitoring system, which he also reviewed on a monthly basis as the project progressed.

The Project was completed in 2007, several months ahead of schedule.
