Project Scope & Highlights
- Oakridge Park will become one of the largest Mixed-Use Developments in North America, covering the 90-acre footprint of the original Oakridge Mall and Surrounds, doubling the size of the Mall to 1.4m square feet, adding over 2,900 residential units (market and affordable housing) in 13 Highrise Towers.
- The Project also includes an Office Tower and a Community Centre, with an extensive Public Park traversing the enormous lower Rooftop Areas.
- The Project is being delivered in 2 Major Phases with EllisDon Construction providing CM Services under a GMP Contract.
- PPS was brought in on several occasions to perform a detailed Review and Audit of the Project’s Planning & Scheduling Systems. This led to jointly assisting the Owner and EllisDon in reaching agreement on major upgrades to the GMP Contract Schedule, and then guiding the development of Phasing Plans, Impact Mitigations and Recovery Plans.
