• This P3 Project involved the construction of a new standalone Terminal Building – with 6 Gates and related Apron and Taxiway upgrades, together with a completely new array of Landside Infrastructure.
• PPS worked with AECON’s Design and Construction Team to develop the Master Project Schedule, Execution Plan, Procurement Plan and Phasing Drawings – for inclusion in the final P3 Contract Agreement.
• The preparation of the Procurement Plan proved especially challenging due to the need to achieve a blend of local and overseas sub-contractors, while maintaining an efficient supply-chain to this remote island location.

We continued to develop these documents as design progressed and then facilitated the handover to Aecon’s Project Scheduler, providing ongoing support and mentorship.
