PPS brings a strong, multi-disciplinary approach to Project Planning and Scheduling, recognizing that every Project’s success hinges on a thorough understanding of the complex interplay between Funding, Design, Permitting, Procurement, Construction, Operational Interfaces and Commissioning. With that understanding we work closely with your Teams to develop and test robust strategies for implementing Complex Projects – especially those involving Phased Construction in operational environments, such as Airports, Hospitals and other major Expansions and Renovations.

Whether it is an Owner’s Master Project Schedule or a Contractor’s Contract Schedule, we use Primavera P6 and MS Project to build the core CPM Network for each Project, supported by an extensive range of Communication, Graphical Storytelling and Analysis tools designed to deliver the message with impact – clearly and concisely.
We can also step in when needed to provide a rigorous Schedule Review and Audit Service, including facilitation of resulting Corrective Actions, or the development of Recovery Plans.
Finally, we can provide ongoing Training and Support for your Teams to ensure that Planning and Scheduling becomes a valued, trusted basis for better Decision-Making and Project Management across your Organization.
